Lisette earned her Bachelor's degree in Government from the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to law school, she built extensive experience working at high-volume law firms, including roles at Ogletree Deakins, BAL global, and Garfinkel immigration Law Group, where she support complex employment and immigration related matters. Lisette is currently a Juris Doctor candidate at St. Mary's University School of Law, where she ranks in the top 30% of her class and serves as a Staff Writer for the St. mary's law Journal. She has also interned with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas and the U.S. Attorney's Office, gaining exposure to both judicial and federal practice.
